The active vibration isolator “Balance A” stands for an extremely high isolation performance in lower frequency areas with an instantaneous compensation of disturbances. This performance is achieved with a special active control. Our “Balance A” is equipped with actuators which can produce total forces of up to 8 N, so that even larger disturbances do not pose an obstacle. Additionally, its precise sensors are able to detect even smallest vibrations, which let the Yuanda Tech isolator keep its reliable performance even in low vibration environments. Our “Balance A” reaches the same level of vibration isolation as when dealing with larger disturbances.

When the width of a har matters – automatic levelling
The “Balance A” series also has the ability to automatically adjust to a wide variety of loads. You are spared tedious, time-consuming new adjustments and adjustments to the various weights. Thanks to the integrated leveling function, the top plate of the isolator is automatically returned to its central position when the weight is changed or moved on the top-plate.
The accuracy and repeatability of this leveling is certainly higher than could ever be achieved manually: a standard deviation of less than 15 µm in the alignment of all corners of the top plate is sufficient for even the most challenging tasks. Angular errors are also compensated for.
This function is essential, especially for precisely aligned measurement setups, and saves you time-consuming manual setting.
Easy and intuitive operation
The “Balance A” is equipped with sensors and actuators in all 6 degrees of freedom to effectively isolate the payload against vibration from any possible direction.
One does not need specific knowledge or training to operate a Yuanda Tech “Balance A”. One single button is sufficient for the whole operation of the isolator. The status of the isolator is communicated with a single multicolored LED, so the user can focus on the task at hand without being distracted by any monitors or complicated signals.
The “Balance A” integrates itself perfectly into any existing workplace, due to its low profile and elegant design. The “Balance A”, as the whole Balance-series, is built to be used on desks, tables, and workbenches.
