The inner balance needed to craft great things was the inspiration for our active vibration isolator “Balance A”. Keeping everything steady, thoroughly eliminating disturbances from the environment, to focus on the task at hand.
The active vibration isolator “Balance A” stands for an extremely high isolation performance in lower frequency areas with an instantaneous compensation of disturbances. This performance is achieved with active control forces that push the resonance frequency of the isolator below 1 Hertz. Respectively, our “Balance A” is equipped with actuators which can put out a combined force of up to 8 N, so not even larger disturbances pose an obstacle. Additionally, its precise sensors are able to detect even smallest vibrations, which let the Yuanda Tech isolator keep its reliable performance even in low vibration environments. Our “Balance A” reaches the same level of vibration isolation as when dealing with larger disturbances.

When the width of a har matters – automatic levelling
A special ease of use offers our Isolator with the ability to automatically adjust itself for different amounts and positions of the payload. You are spared from cumbersome and time-consuming recalibrations and adjustments for different payloads. Due to the integrated levelling function, the top-plate of the isolator can always be moved into its initial position to prevent misalignment. The levelling of the top-plate is measured and adjusted in all 4 corners of the “Balance A” with a precision of 20 µm.
Easy and intuitive operation
The “Balance A” is equipped with sensors and actuators in all 6 degrees of freedom to effectively isolate the payload against vibration from any possible direction.
One does not need specific knowledge or training to operate a Yuanda Tech “Balance A”. One single button is sufficient for the whole operation of the isolator. The status of the isolator is communicated with a single multicolored LED, so the user can focus on the task at hand without being distracted by any monitors or complicated signals.
The “Balance A” integrates itself perfectly into any existing workplace, due to its low profile and elegant design. The “Balance A”, as the whole Balance-series, is built to be used on desks, tables, and workbenches.
